"The 3 Meisama" originated in 2005 as a live-action drama based on Makochin Ishihara's manga of the same name. Ryuta Sato, Yoshinori Okada, and Takashi Tsukamoto played a trio of family restaurant part-time workers doing the late shift. Thanks to the support of harcore fans, a total of 11 DVD series titles were released over five years until 2010, which sold a total of 330,000 copies!

The Heisei era has ended, and the Reiwa era begun. Now, video content that can be viewed easily, casually, and comfortably anytime, anywhere is rising in popularity: it's the perfect time for 3 Meisama, who could be called the invetors of casual short content, to make their long-awaited comeback.
