This event was held in February 2021 as a replacement for the Tsumami Wa Shio Dake in Osaka 2021 which was cancelled. Includes post talk show filmed in the audience seating.

The Event Main Feature video is an edited version of the daytime and evening sessions of Tsumami Wa Shio Dake no Utage Online 2021.
